Download your MerchantSuite reports from the MySuite Portal. Standard reports are in CSV format and can be opened in Excel or Notepad or uploaded into your systems. Automation options are also available with the Gold and Platinum packages.

A settlement report will be available the next morning. This report will include all approved transactions processed within the previous settlement day.

Settlement is performed by your bank and/or your Charge Card Company. MerchantSuite does not delay settlement.
